Can I keep my current furniture?+
Yes. We assess each item based on its condition, usefulness and fit with the property. Anything that works can remain.
Who approves and pays for furniture and equipment?+
The owner approves the budget and every purchase before ordering. Nothing is purchased without approval.
How long does property preparation take?+
Our objective is to move from assessment to rental launch in 3 to 6 weeks for an available property without major renovation and with timely approvals.
What if my property has not yet been delivered?+
We can prepare the plan, priorities and schedule in advance. On-site work begins after handover and access to the property.
Can you prepare a partially furnished property?+
Yes. We build on what is already there, complete what is missing and avoid spending on items that add no useful value.
Do I need to be in Marrakech during preparation?+
No. Choices can be approved remotely through proposals, photos and regular progress calls.
